The ISG1200TLK is an entry-level shrink fit machine that builds on the ISG1000 with greater flexibility and automation-ready features. It expands the clamping range from 3 mm to 32 mm and adds an integrated barcode and QR smart scanner to support accurate, traceable setups across a wide variety of tools. Its sturdy tabletop design and air-cooled system handle tool lengths up to 450 mm from the taper (HSK-A63), making it well suited to workshops that need quick changeovers without moving to a fully automatic system. Like the ISG1000, it remains easy to operate and can be combined with the CC1200 or LC1200 cooler for improved heat management and a smoother overall workflow.
